We’re looking forward to kicking off the weekend with a fun welcome party at River Run Lodge! Join us for bites and cocktails.
TRANSPORTATION DETAILS
PICK UP
Shuttles will pick up guests at the following hotels to take you to the welcome party.
7:00 pm Departure: Wood River Inn
7:15 pm Departures: Knob Hill Inn, Hotel Ketchum, Limelight Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodges
(those departing from Sun Valley Lodges, please meet at The Baldy Loop for departure)
RETURN
Return service from River Run Lodge back to the hotels will depart at 10:00pm.

3:30 PM - Guests Arrive in the Apple Orchard
4:00 PM - Ceremony Begins
4:30 PM - Cocktails Begin
5:45 PM - Dinner and Dancing Begins
Attire: Black Tie Optional
TRANSPORTATION DETAILS
Street parking at the house is very limited, so we do strongly encourage our guests to take advantage of the below transportation.
PICK UP
Shuttles will pick up guests at the following hotels to take you to the ceremony.
3:00 pm Departures: Knob Hill Inn, Hotel Ketchum, Limelight Ketchum, Sun Valley Lodges

3:15 pm Departure: Wood River Inn
RETURN
Return service from the Stenehjem property back to the hotels will begin at 9:00pm and run continuously until 11:00pm.
